I enjoy working with people to find solution to their current situation. The process of receiving therapy can be intimidating but at the end may be rewarding. Talking about your concerns, struggles and difficulties help to identify possible solutions and recognize behaviors that are not allowing you to have the relationships that you want. By identifying automatic negative thinking you may be able to improve your relations with your family, coworkers, and friends. At the same time enhance your life performance.

In my practice, I use the first two to three sessions to gather information about my patients. Then, we discuss the diagnosis which will lead us to treatment options. I find efficacious to use an integral approach were the mind and body are equally important in the process of getting better.
